What areas do you service?
  We service the five boroughs of New York City as well as Long Island and many areas in Connecticut and New Jersey.

How I can schedule an
appointment?
  Appointment can be scheduled at any time you call us or e-mail us. If all of our representatives are busy at the same time you can leave a voice message with your name and a phone number. And customer care specialist will contact you shortly.

How long do I have to wait to
get a free in-house estimate?

  Usually free in-house estimate can be provided after 2-3 hours from the time you call us. It depends on your location, time and our schedule.

How much does window washing cost?
  Due to the variance of window types and sizes, it is difficult to give a general price. We consider many factors when providing an estimate, including when windows were last cleaned, which floor the windows are on, etc. Call us at 718-496-4535 and we will be glad to give you an estimate. Are all of your workers fully insured?
  Yes, we carry $3,000,000 in liability coverage and we carry Workman's Comp. We will provide a certificate of insurance upon request.

Are your technicians professionally trained?
  Absolutely. We train our professionals using the most modern techniques, including video and hands on training. Our professionals are educated in the use of chemicals and detergents, ladder and roof safety, and in many other areas that will guarantee you a safe, professional, and thorough job.

Are your cleaning products safe? 
  All the chemicals we use are environmentally safe, biodegradable and approved by OSHA. We do not use any chemicals that can damage your carpet or floor.

How often should I get my windows cleaned?
  We recommend every 3 months or with the change of a season. With this interval, your windows should stay relatively clean and unspotted because they’ve been maintained.

What kind of payment do you accept?
  We accept personal and business checks, money orders, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Payment is due on the date services are rendered.

What if it rains on my scheduled cleaning day?
  On days when the weather is in question, the customer may contact us.  We closely monitor the current weather conditions. We always try to find the best solutions for you.
In the event of light precipitation we will continue as scheduled because rain does not effect the cleaning. In the event of heavy rain or showers, we will return within a couple of days to finish the work we’ve started.
